Was impressed with the storyline and appreciated the colorful drawings. Loved how the lion mama was approachable with the problem and encouraged Bea to find the solution on her own. Becky Cummings did it again – drawing readers into her story with relatable topics for all ages.

A cute book about being brave. Bea followed her dreams. She was going to do it without telling her parents but then told them and they supported her. Sometimes you need help following your dreams and should be brave and ask for it. My kids thought the birds pooping was very funny.

Loved this story about breaking free from the norm and trusting your instincts! The silly plan, supported by the parent, and help from friends! This story shows kids it’s ok to go against what you’ve always been told to find what truly makes you happy, and that finding your support system is so important!
