This is an amazingly entertaining and meaningful book that both kids and adults will love. It has silliness that kids enjoy and a lesson behind it that adults will appreciate. Bea Lion lives at the zoo but is tired of the boring routine life and wants to venture out and see what the world has to offer. She is brave and comes up with a plan. With the support of her mother and her bird friend, Bea tries to escape. The author leaves you hanging and you want to read more! The illustrations are bright, colorful and cute.Excellent job!
