This book has very cute fruits and vegetables illustrations and the tomatoes are the cutest of all. It also has rhyming sentences, which is very nice. It teaches kids the “one bite thank you” rule. It has a great list of foods to try at the end.

This book is adorable! The rhymes are fun and the illustrations are bright and engaging. The message to eat healthy is clear yet done in a way that is kids will enjoy and understand. The veggies are adorable. My toddler loves the lemon relaxing in a tea cup 🙂 This book is a must read for inspiring healthy eating and trying new foods!

In a world over saturated with processed foods, this book shares a wonderful and age appropriate message on making healthy eating choices in an approachable and fun way. The illustrations are beautiful and cheery. And while I love the message, what’s even more important that my picky-eater son loved the book! He immediately wanted to make his own “My list of foods to try”, which was music to this mama’s ears. Can’t wait to check out others in this series! Highly recommended.

I read this book with my boys (aged 4 and 9 years), and they enjoyed it a lot (particularly the vegetables with faces made them giggle). It’s a very sweet story that promotes healthy eating and encourages children to eat food that makes them feel good (rather than tired and/or heavy). The story line is entertaining and easy to follow even for very young children, the characters are diverse (which is very important to me), and the illustrations are absolutely gorgeous. Overall a great book that encourages children to try new food, to eat more vegetables, and to pay attention to how food affects their well-being (which is very interesting for parents, too).

Good eating habits are perhaps the most important thing you can do for your health. And what better time to learn it than as a young child. Highly recommend for every child and family.

What a beautifully written book with such whimsical and inviting pictures! Our children loved the book and eventually started reading and singing along with the rhyming element the book brings. Perfect way to start the children young. It provides a fun avenue to to talk about health without it being boring. I loved the check off list too where it brings the interactive piece with the children and parents to see what foods they’ve tried. We’ve even added to the list. Can’t wait to buy more for Xmas. We have the other series books and love them all, perfect for every kids collection ❤️
