Absolutely hilarious! I had this slight feeling of dread as Thanksgiving Day arrived in the story, but …boom! The author totally surprised me. Phew… saved. No spoilers, but a charming and happy ending.The illustrations are just fantastic. Very high quality, with the Turkey character beautifully drawn in both word and picture, with sweet little animals like mice popping in and out here and there, getting up to mischief. 🙂

I downloaded this book and read it out loud to my daughter the first time reading it. I was getting a little worried about the turkey, but it had a happy ending. We loved the story and my 4 yr old said the story was funny.

We just received our book and have read it twice already! Such a fun book to read! And we liked that it had recipes too. We are not vegan but will be trying the platter for Thanksgiving great book to read with the little ones, the pictures are beautiful and I love how it explains in simple words the meaning of Thanksgiving. If you don’t have a copy yet, you should get one, or two or three! It is worth it!

I loved Gobble Gobble Mr. Wobble. I was holding my breath in the beginning of the book thinking about what was going to happen to Mr. Wobble. Being a huge animal lover, I was so happy with the ending. This book teaches young children a very important lesson to learn in life and, that is, to love animals. Also, I loved, loved the illustrations. The colors in the illustrations will draw the attention of the children. This book is a must read for the young ones.

Perfect book just in time for Thanksgiving! What an adorable way to represent Thanksgiving in a different light. It doesn’t always about have to be about eating turkeys but what a new spin with a turkey being the special guest! This sheds a light that Thanksgiving can be just as beautiful and special without having to eat a turkey. I love how you can see all the animal’s emotions in the pictures when they think Mr. Turkey is going to be the dinner. That reinforces how all the animals are sentient beings and can sense what may happen. Such an adorable and cute book, I can’t wait to read it this time of year!!!
