I love this book about children’s feelings. It’s a great way to show children that there are many types of emotions and that it’s ok to feel a different way. It shows children that those sometimes unwanted feelings will go away and that things will get better. Teach them while they’re young that all feelings, good or bad, are ok. I LOVE this!

This is a wonderful book, simple and direct. A cute way to introduce feelings to small children, and a great way for older children to feel validated in their evolving emotions. Highly recommend for parents and children. A wonderful way to help teach humans that experiencing emotions, instead of denying or hiding them, is the best way to understand why we feel emotions.

It’s so often easy to unintentionally dismiss feelings with a solution: “it’s ok”, “nothing to be upset about”, or “calm down”. The message in this book is so important – validate our feelings! It’s ok to feel things! Thank you for another great book with a wonderful lesson!

Becky Cummings really knows kids! In her latest book, she helps them to understand that all feelings are valid whether positive or negative, and that emotions are a natural part of being human. Kids need so much help with social emotional learning and this book would assist parents and teachers in guiding children as they navigate their “feelings.” Well done!

I have a kid with some big feelings and this book was great to read with her. This book gently walks through the good and not so good emotions kids experience. Loved it! Highly recommend.
